In the first year, you might find that you are also given the work of teaching. In addition, the work load doesn’t really get much easier once you are through with your first year. Since you are allowed to manage your own time, you should know how to juggle your work load
• Pursuing a Ph.D. degree may sound like a ticket to earning a fat salary but remember there are other people out there who have a Ph.D. also. The market industry is very competitive and will also require you to incorporate other skills. In fact, research shows that most people who earn a Ph.D. end up depending on their teaching jobs and research assistantships. However, if you feel that your pursuit for knowledge is noble then by all means you must pursue your goal.
• However, pursuing a doctorate degree is not all tough that we have to think twice about it. If you like an environment that is intellectually challenging, then you’re in luck. You will have an opportunity to explore new areas of knowledge as well as get paid to create solutions to problems everyone seems to think are tough.
