  • October 1 to November 30: Register by November 30, 2024.
  • December 1 to December 31: Register by December 31, 2024.

b. No License as of March 1, 2024: Register within 3 months from the date of incorporation or registration in the UAE (including Free Zones).

2. Natural Persons:

If you’re a natural person subject to tax for the calendar year 2024, register by March 31, 2025. Otherwise, register by March 31 following the respective Gregorian calendar year.

3. Non-Residents:

a. Permanent Establishment (PE):

  • Register within 9 months from the date of PE existence.

b. Nexus in the UAE:

  • Register within 3 months from establishing the nexus.

c. Other Non-Residents Earning State Sourced Income:

  • No need to register for UAE CT.
