The Utkal University is one of the oldest universities in India, established in the year 1943. The applicants can avail admissions in various disciplines including the following: Humanities, Business Administration, Science, Social Science, Law and Commerce respectively. The university has affiliations with about 267 colleges spread in 9 districts of the state namely: Cuttack, Angul, Jajpur, Khurda, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Nayagarh and Puri respectively.  The university invited admissions for the academic year 2014-15 in the months of June/ July and the counseling for the same has been scheduled in August.

The university has the facility of e Admissions for the conduct of entrance exams and counseling respectively. Those applicants who have participated in the entrance exams of the PG Admissions were provided their Admit Cards online for download from 5^th July 2014. The university conducted the entrance exams for the same from 9^th July 2014. The candidates who will be appearing in the entrance exam for M.Phil Courses scheduled to be held soon by the university can download their admit cards online in the manner as detailed here below.

Utkal University Entrance Exam Online Downloading Procedure for Admit Cards 2014:

1) Log on to the Utkal University official website at utkaluniversity.ac.in.

2) Go to the university section of “e Admissions” available in form of separate tabs on the home page.

3) Now login using your unique Username and Password to get access to the online links for downloading admit cards.

4) Click on the links- “Download Admit Cards from here” for accessing it therefrom.

5) Download and take print outs for the admit cards to be carried at the time of examination.
