Educational Qualification for UPSRLM Accountant, Cluster Coordinator & Various Posts Recruitment 2022 :

Accountant – Candidates who have Graduate (B. Com) from recognized university /institute/ or Diploma in above discipline from recognized university/institute. Proficiency in Computer/ MS Office work, knowledge of Tally accounting and other accounting software with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

Cluster Coordinator – Candidates who have Graduate Degree from recognized university with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

SMM-Training & Capacity Building – Candidates who have Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work / Agriculture/ Business Administration/ Management and allied discipline/ development studies from recognized university /institute OR PG Diploma in above disciplines from recognized university /institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

SMM–Knowledge Management & Communication / GAC – Candidates who have Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work / Business Administration / Management and allied discipline / development studies from recognized university /institute OR PG Diploma in above disciplines from recognized university /institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

MM- Farm Livelihoods – Candidates who have Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Rural Development, Agriculture, Social work, Management, Business administration in above discipline from recognized university / institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

MM-Human Resources – Candidates who have Post graduate Degree in HR Management/ MBA HR / or 2 years PG Diploma in above disciplines from recognized university/institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade. Preferred to specialize in Human Resource Management from recognized university/institute with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

MM-Admin & Finance – Candidates who have MBA in Finance/ CA/ ICWA from recognized university/institute/or Post Graduate Diploma in above discipline from recognized university/institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

MM-Procurement – Candidates who have Post Graduate degree/ MBA in Finance/ CA/ ICWA from recognized university/institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

MM–Knowledge Management & Communication / GAC – Candidates who have Post Graduate Degree in Business Management/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences /Economics /Sociology/ Anthropology/Social Work / OR equivalent grade with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

MM Research & Studies – Candidates who have Post graduate degree or diploma in Rural development /Social work/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Management /Business administration and allied disciplines /development studies from recognized university /institute/with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade Or B. Tech in Computer Sciences from recognized university/institute/with at least 60% minimum marks or equivalent grade with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

Mission Executive HR – Candidates who have Post graduate Degree in HR Management/ MBA HR / or 2 years PG Diploma in above disciplines from recognized university/institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade. Preferred to specialize in Human Resource Management from recognized university/institute with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

Senior Technical Expert / SMM -Digital Finance – Candidates who have Post Graduate degree or diploma (equivalent) preferably in Rural Development Management, Master in Social Work, Financial Management with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

Technical Expert / MM Forward Linkage – Candidates who have Should be a Post Graduate in Agri-business management / Rural Management / Rural Marketing or MBA in Marketing from a reputed university/ institute. Candidate with UG/PG in agriculture or veterinary science is desirable with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

Technical Expert / MM Enterprise Promotion – Candidates who have MBA in Finance/ Rural Management/Marketing from an institution of repute or CA or ICWA with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

District Functional Manager Social Mobilization & Capacity Building – Candidates who have Post Graduate Degree in Business Management/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences /Economics /Sociology/ Anthropology/Social Work OR 2 years PG Diploma in above disciplines with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.

District Functional Manager Micro Finance & Financial Inclusion – Candidates who have Post Graduate Degree in Business Management/ Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Economics/ Commerce OR 2 years PG Diploma in above disciplines with desired Work Experience will be eligible for this post.
