Conditions of Eligibility:

Applicants must have passed MBBS or BDS programme with relevant scores or percentile from any of the following organizations:-

-Dental or Medical Faculty of KG Medical University, Lucknow

-Recognized Private Dental or Medical Colleges of Uttar Pradesh

-State Medical College of Agra, Allahabad, Meerut, Kanpur, Jhansi or Gorakhpur

-UP Rural Institute of Medical Science and Research Saifai Etawah,

Also, they must have completed their Compulsory Rotatory Internship within the prescribed dates.

 Method of Admittance:

The admission to these programmes in the KGMU UP State Medical Colleges & Institutes is given entirely on Merit basis, by conducting an entrance examination, namely, UP Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination (UP PGMEE) after publishing an advertisement for admissions. The admission notice is published in leading English newspapers of India as well as on its official web portal – kgmu.edu.in. This entrance test was scheduled on 22^nd March, 2014 at this year. It’s a must for all candidates to appear in this exam.

Application Procedure:

Qualified candidates, who are interested in the aforesaid admission, can apply only through online mode by following these simple steps:-

a. Go to kgmu.edu.in and register yourself with the help of your valid email id. Remember the login id and the password generated carefully for further use.

b. Pay the prescribed application fee through Offline or Online mode options available as per instructions given in the information brochure.

c. Get back to the online application page with your login id and pass word. Now upload a scanned copy of your recent photo signature, passing certificate, handwriting sample, etc and submit the form.

d. Take a print out of this completed form for future use if any.
