Instructions for Downloading the UPHBD Admit Card 2016:

1. For downloading the Admit Card for the above mentioned examination, the candidates will have to visit the official website of UPHBD.

2. In the Home page of the official website, the candidates will have to check the Recruitment section for useful link.

3. In the recruitment section, the candidates will have to follow the download admit card link mentioning the post name they have applied for.

4. On opening the link, the candidates will have to enter the User ID or Application Number and Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format and then click on Login.

5. After Login, the candidates will be able to download the Admit Card.
