Name of the Examination: UP PGT Examination

UP PGT Exam Patter:

The exam will be held in 02 parts in which questions will be of multiple choice questions having objective type and the paper will prepared in both the languages (English and Hindi) and the contenders participated can also attempt the same in both.

Subjects to be covered —

Physics; English; Music; Physical Education; Urdu; Sanskrit; Mathematics; History; Sociology; Education; Economics; Botany; Agriculture; Hindi; Civics; Art; Chemistry; Biology; and Geography etc.

Paper- 1:

1. General Awareness and Current Affairs,

2. General Science & Indian Constitution, Reasoning,

3. Teaching Aptitude and Quantitative Aptitude

Paper- 2:

Language Paper – 20 questions of English language and 20 of Hindi.

Paper- 3: Optional Paper (Opted Subjects)

Marking Pattern:

The candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correctly marked answer whereas no negative marking will be there for wrong attempt. Therefore, it is advised that they should attempt all the questions.

Step- 1: Aspirants can get their admit card by logging on to the website of SESSB.

Step- 2:  Search for the ‘Notice’ section on that page.

Step- 3:  Find out link of ‘UP PGT Admit Card’ and make a selection on that link.

Step- 4:  The opened page will require filling up registration information, do the needful.

Step- 5:  Newly opened screen will flash your Admit Card.

Step- 6:  From that page, one can save and take print out the page for avoiding future conflicts.
