Criteria of Eligibility:

M.A.T. Middle Grades Education: All candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree under a regionally-accredited institution with a minimum collective GPA of 2.5 or higher.

M.Ed. Early Childhood Education: All applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on all graduate work attempted. They must also possess or be eligible for a bachelor’s level certificate in an appropriate field. Applicants must meet initial certification requirements in their selected field prior to being admitted to the M.Ed. Program.

Ed.S. Teacher Leadership: All applicants should be a Post Graduate from any recognized Institute scoring at least a GPA of 3.5 in totality during graduation. Also, they must possess or be eligible for a master’s level certificate in an appropriate field.

Ph.D. Educational Leadership: All applicants must hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, current leadership certification from the Professional Standards Commission of Georgia, as well as 3 years of flourishing experience in teaching.

Application Process:

Candidates satisfying the entire criteria of eligibility in accordance with the details specified in the website may proceed for the application process. All eligible applicants are suggested to apply online for admittance to any of the aforesaid programmes through links available on education.mercer.edu . Enter all your authentic details carefully in online application form without any error and submit it. Take a printout of the completed form and enclose it with all relevant official transcripts required along with the respective non refundable application fee in the form of money order. Finally mail these documents to this address within the prescribed period:-

Selection Process:

Applicants will be selected for admissions through GACE Basic Skills Assessment / GACE for Program Admission. The final selection of students will be made on the grounds of their performance in these tests. Scores attained in the test are not the only criteria of selection  as individuals with below target scores are also eligible to apply but will require to present convincing proof of latent to complete graduation.
