Eligibility Standards:

The contenders who find their possessing Degree compatible with the programme in which they are willing to apply for can register for the desired programme. However, before submitting the filled-in-application, the candidates should ensure their eligibility for admission to the programme or which they apply. To be précised, for applying in any Post graduate level course admission, candidates should hold the graduation degree and for Ph.D. programmes, candidates should hold Post Graduate Degree.

Selection Scheme:

After scrutinizing the documents, the Directorate shall confirm Admission to the eligible candidates; assign Register Number, issue Admission letter and Identity Card. Once the candidate is admitted, his/her registration is valid for the entire period of study, subject to the payment of course fees for the respective year.

How to Apply:

The candidates should clearly specify the name of the courses in their Application Form. The candidates who acquired P.G. qualification directly under Open University Stream are not eligible for admission to another P.G. Programme. All fees should be paid in the form of Demand Draft, drawn in favour of The Director, Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, payable on any one of the following banks at Chennai city –
