Post Name – Technical Superintendent, Workshop Superintendent, Senior Instructor, Medical Attendant, Lady Medical Attendant, Conservation Assistant, Junior Conservation Assistant, Evaluation Assistant

Number of Posts – 61 posts

Pay Scale – Rs.9300-34800/-+ grade pay or Rs.5200-20200/-+ grade pay (depends on post)

Educational Qualification –

Technical Superintendent- Diploma in Handloom Technology or Textile Technology from a recognized university

Workshop Superintendent- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university

Senior Instructor- Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering from a recognized University and 02 years of practical experience

Medical Attendant- Matriculation pass and Certificate in First Aid

Lady Medical Attendant- Matriculation pass and Certificate in First Aid

Conservation Assistant- Minimum 10^th pass and Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Civil Engineering

Junior Conservation Assistant- Minimum 10^th pass and Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Civil Engineering

Evaluation Assistant- Degree in Statistics and Mathematics or Economics or Social Work or Sociology

How to Apply – Interested candidates may apply online through the official website of SSCSR on or before 24-09-2017. In order to complete the process, the hard copy of the online application along with the copies of relevant documents should be sent to the Regional Director (SR), Staff Selection Commission, Southern Region, II Floor, EVK Sampath Building, DPI Campus, College Road, and Chennai-600006 within 10 days from the last date of online application.

Mode of Selection – The candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Examination and interview.
