Age Limit- The candidate’s maximum age should be 30 years.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Science (with Physics as one of the subjects) /Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications or 3 years Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized university with 60% marks.        

Instructions for Downloading the SSC Scientific Assistant Admit Card 2017:

1. The admit card of the online examination has been published on the regional website of Staff Selection Commission.

2. Candidates belonging to the respective zones must open their respective zonal website of SSC in order to download the admit card.

3. In the home page the candidates will get the link of Downloading the Admit Card for Scientific Assistant in India Meteorological Department Examination 2017 to be held from 22-11-2017 to 25-11-2017.

4. Candidates after clicking on the link will be redirected to a new page.

5. Here the candidates have t enter their Registration Number or Roll Number or Name along with Date of Birth and then click on Search.

6. After clicking on Search Button, the candidates will be able to download the admit card.

7. The candidates must carry a print out of the Admit Card at the time of examination and must read all the important instructions mentioned in the admit card.
