RPSC Second Grade Teacher Exam Pattern 2014 Scheme of Examinations
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) conducts the recruitment exam for short listing all the eligible candidates in the post of the Second Grade Teachers in the state. The candidates who are preparing for the concerned recruitment exam can go through the examination scheme and paper pattern related details from the information as given below. The candidates who qualify in the RPSC Second Grade Teacher Exam will be appointed as the Secondary School Teachers in the Rajasthan State Board Affiliated Schools and other private schools.
The candidates selected through the concerned recruitment exam will be appointed in a Pay Band II of Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.3600 respectively.

Scheme of Examination:
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) conducts the recruitment exam for the post of the Second Grade Teachers through two papers of 160 Marks and 300 Marks each for all the candidates. The candidates should know the syllabus for all the papers in detail so that they can prepare for the paper on the same lines.
Paper I:
Total Marks: 160 Marks
General Knowledge of Rajasthan, Geographical, Historical and Cultural Affairs: 80 Marks
Current Affairs of Rajasthan State: 20 Marks
General Knowledge of World & India: 60 Marks
Paper II:
Total Marks: 300 Marks
Descriptive Type paper:
Matriculation (Secondary Standard) level questions: 180 Marks
Intermediate (Senior Secondary Standard) level questions: 80 Marks
Teaching Techniques on chosen subject: 40 Marks
