PGIMER (Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research) Chandigarh has been established as an autonomous body in the year 1967 through passing of an Act of Parliament for this purpose. The institute is functioning directly under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India for providing higher education to candidates available under it. The main courses offered by the institute include the following: Medical (MD, MS, DM, MCH, MDS, PhD, and Post MD Certificate), Para Medical and Nursing courses respectively.

PGIMER has recently announced the admit cards for recruitment exam conducted in different positions for its hospitals. The admit cards can be downloaded online for the following advertised vacant positions in PGIMER namely: Junior Engineer (Biomedical), Medical Record Technician, Technician Grade IV (RAC), Lift Operator Grade III, Technician Grade IV (Mechanical), Junior Engineer (Electrical), Junior House Keeper, Technician Grade IV (Turner) and Operation Theatre Assistants respectively. The following vacancies were introduced with reference to Advt. No. PGI/ RC/ 025/ 2014 Dated 4^th March 2014.

>Follow the links of “Admit Card for the posts of Junior Engineer” from the specified website sections.

>The page shall redirect you to the downloading window of admit cards for concerned recruitment.

>Enter either of the following fields as specified in the downloading window: Advertisement No. /Application No. and Advertisement Date/ Date of Birth respectively.

>Use the “Generate” tab for opening your online admit cards and print the screen hence opened.
