NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering invites applications from the qualified contenders for taking up the admissions in PGDIM & PGDISEM Courses. Graduate applicants in any field of Engineering & Technology can send their application for admission in PGDIE course having first class score (55% for SC/ST/PD category candidates). Name of the Courses Offered:

I.  PGDIM (Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management)

II. PGDISEM (Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management)

III. PGDIE

IV. Fellow Admissions

NOTE:  

Admission to the Fellow Programme shall normally be made once a year, coinciding with that of PGDIE  (Post graduate Programme in Industrial Engineering) of NITIE. Accordingly, the advertisement will be made along with that of PGDIE in February.

Assortment Criteria:

The Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the criteria mentioned below:

Educational qualification & prior work experience, Write-up of Tentative research proposal & the presentation in front of Selection Board, Personal Interview. Applicants who are selected will be informed.

Registration Fee:

For Unreserved Category Candidates – Rs. 1000/- + Bank Charges,

For Candidates who belong to SC/SC/PD Category – Rs. 500/- + Bank Charges;

The fee is to be paid in the form of Challan Slip (available on the NITIE Web Portal) in any branch of SBI.

Registration Procedure:

Eligible contenders can apply online with the help of instructions given on the official website of NITIE. Along with the application, a candidate must submit area of research interest in about 500 words (a write-up) which is tentative research proposal.

Procedure of Admission:

After online registration, the slip generated by system after the online registration, hard copy of downloaded slip duly signed by the candidates along with related supporting documents and challan slip must be forwarded to –

Aspirants who are applying for ISP (Industry Sponsored Category) need to fill the Sponsorship Form as well along with the registration form.
