The Narendra Deva University of Agriculture & Technology has been established as a state agricultural university in Faizabad District of Uttar Pradesh state.  The applicants can enroll themselves in the following courses available under the university curriculum: Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Home Sciences, Engineering, Horticulture & Forestry and Fisheries respectively. The applicants are admitted in the university courses on the basis of a joint competitive exam conducted for all the agricultural universities of UP as per the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam 2006 passed by the Uttar Pradesh Legislature on 23^rd May 2006 for this purpose.
