MHT CET Exam 2014 Details of Eligibility, Selection & Application
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is the common state level examination organized and conducted every year by the Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra for admitting students in the under graduate level programmes available in different technical streams in the state level universities and colleges participating in the concerned entrance exam. The exam is held usually in the months of May/ June respectively.

Name of Exam: Maharashtra Common Entrance Test
Conducting Authority: Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra
Courses of Admission: B.Tech/ BE
Eligibility for Exam:
The applicants should be Intermediate in the following group of subjects- Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics respectively in the required minimum percentage of marks as specified for this purpose. The applicants should be born on or after 1st October 1989 to participate in the concerned entrance exam. The candidates will be given three maximum attempts for qualifying in the JEE Main exam (the applicants who will be short listed on the basis of JEE Main Exam 2014 should comply with the following eligibility conditions).
Pattern of Examination:
The candidates will be required to appear and qualify in an objective type multiple choice based paper having questions on the following main subjects: Mathematics; Physics; Chemistry respectively.
There will be three sections in the paper having equal weightage of marks. The candidates shall be penalized for the incorrect attempts in the form of one-fourth marks of the total being deducted for this purpose. No mark shall be given for the un-attempted questions in the exam.

Manner of Applications:
The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAH CET) applications can be filled online from the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra. The candidates will be required to submit the hard copies of their online filled application forms in two copies at the specified address before the last date as prescribed for this purpose.
Application Fee:
The applicants should pay the requisite amount of application fee either online through internet banking or through a DD drawn in favour of the “Director, Directorate of Technical Education Mumbai”.
Fee for all General Candidates is Rs 700 and Rs 500 for all the Backward Class Candidates respectively.
The candidates must get the print out of the application forms signed and attested by the Head of the Institution last attended for this purpose. The completed application forms along with the Demand Drafts should be sent at the following address:

I have done Diploma after 12th in merchant navy but now i want to do B.Pharmacy so can i go through MHT CET 2012 entrance exam i have passed my 12th in 2010 and had PCM group ??
