Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital invites thousands of applicants for admissions to its various courses in the upcoming academic batch every year. The admission this year will be commencing form the month of April most probably. Therefore, all aspirants are advised to go through the details given on our site and apply as soon as the official admission notice is published in its official website- mgmch.org. The selection of candidates for admission is made through JET i.e. a Joint Entrance Test held by the College authority. The College offers many Masters’ & Bachelors’ courses at its campus. Minimum Qualifications:

All general applicants must have cleared their Intermediate examination with the subjects Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English compulsorily under any recognized board of education or equivalent, scoring not less than 50% aggregate marks. However, students belonging to reserved groups like ST or SC will get a relaxation of 5% in their qualifying examination.

Age Bar:

All applicants should have attained the minimum age of 17 years if seeking to apply for any of the aforesaid programmes. Those who do not follow this age bar will not be eligible for the entrance examination.

 Application Methodology:

Those who are interested and fulfill the entire criteria of admission to the programmes may apply online via mgmch.org i.e. its authorized web portal or obtain the MGDCH JET Application Form and the information bulletin from the Mahatma Gandhi Dental College and hospital, sale counter. Aspirants need to purchase the form in person from the college by paying the prescribed application charges. However, the same can also be obtained through post by sending a request letter for the application form and Brochure along with the DD amounting to the application fee addressed to the Chairman of the College.

Admission System:

The Mahatma Gandhi Dental College and Hospital holds a Joint Entrance Test, namely, MGDCH JET for the selection of applicants to the BDS programmes offered. This entrance test is conducted annually for the assortment of the qualified and deserving applicants. Thousands of interested aspirants appear in this exam every year. Those who qualify this test successfully are called further for a group discussion and personal interview to be held at the college campus for the final selection. Therefore, it’s a must for all candidates to appear and clear this entrance test.
