Admission Criterion:

For M.Phil/ Ph.D Courses- Applicants must be in possession of their Master’s degree with at least 50% aggregate scores or equivalent under any accepted University/ College.

For Masters’ Courses- Applicants must be in possession of their Bachelor’s Degree in the applicable discipline or equivalent under any accepted University/ College.

For Bachelors’ Courses- Applicants Intermediate pass (10+2 pattern) under any recognized board of education with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. They must also have their relevant major subject as a subject Intermediate.

Admission Process:

The admission of applicants for all aforesaid Bachelors’ and Masters’ courses (apart from MCA & MBA) will be made on the grounds of their qualification, past academic records and attainment in the preceding exam. However, for MCA and MBA programmes, candidates will have to crack the admission exam which will be conducted at National Kerala Centres & International Centres. Candidates, who do not qualify this Test, would not be eligible for admission in the University.

Instructions for Applying Online:

– Applicants may proceed for the application process only if they fulfill the academic pre-requisites as per the advertisement. Interested aspirants can apply via online mode by visiting the official web portal- mgu.edu.in.

-Pay the prescribed application fee charged by the University through a DD or Bank Challan amounting to the sum of application charge.

– After successfully applying for the admissions and remittance of fee, candidates must take a print out of their system generated, completed applications forms and send it to the below mentioned address along with the DD or Pay in slip before the announced last date:-
