Kumaun University was founded in year 1973 with their 03 campuses at Almora, Nainital and Bhimtal. The total area covered by the university thus far is an impressive 160 acres. Manner of Selection

Aspirants will be selected on basis of valid GPAT score and for non-GPAT students their merit basis of B.Pharma will be the manner of selection for them.

Admission procedure:

The University will be conducting a Common Entrance exam at its various centers for selection of the applicants for admission to all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. The applicants willing for admission will be selected solely on the base of their Merit which will be decided according to their preliminary screening and subsequent performance in the admission test/GD/PI to be conducted by the Department.

Eligibility Conditions:

PG Programmes- Aspirants should be in Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline for PG courses from any recognized university.

Ph.D Programmes- Aspirants should have completed their Masters/ Post Graduation from the relevant discipline under a recognized College or University.

UG Programmes- Aspirants should have passed their Intermediate or 10+2 exam for admission to these programmes.

How to apply:

Eligible and keen aspirants, who fulfill all the requirements of their preferred programme, are suggested to download their respective application formats from the official website- kunainital.ac.in. After downloading this form, they must deposit the recommended application fee charged by the university through DD or Bank Challan. Once candidates successfully issue these payments, they are supposed to send the duly filled form to the prescribed University address along with the Pay in slip/ DD and copies of other required documents.
