KLUEEE Exam 2014 Details of Eligibility, Application and Selection

The KL University conducts the common engineering entrance exam every year for short listing candidates in the different under graduation courses available in the university faculties and colleges for all the eligible candidates. The exam is popularly called as the KL University Engineering Entrance Examination (KLUEEE). Eligibility for Exam:

The candidates in order to appear in the KLU Engineering Entrance Exam should be Intermediate/ Class 12^th passed from the Maths Group with at least 60% marks obtained in the group subjects (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry). The candidates who have studied the following subjects: Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology are eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Technology in Bio Technology course of the university.

Mathematics (80 Questions)

Physics (40 Questions)

Chemistry (40 Questions)

Total Number of Questions: 160

Total Marks Allotted: 160 Marks

Marking Scheme:

The candidates will be given one mark for each right answer attempted by them whereas there will be deduction of zero marks for incorrect options marked by the candidates. As there is no negative marking hence, the candidates can attempt as number of questions as they can in order to score well in the exam.

Qualifying Criteria:

The candidates will be admitted to the KL University if they have qualified in either of the following entrance exams: KLUEEE 2014/ JEE Main 2014/ JEE Advance 2014/ EAMCET 2014 /any other state level engineering entrance examinations held for this purpose.

Applying Process:

The candidates can apply offline by either obtaining the application forms from the university in-person on payment of Rs900 or by post on payment of the stated application fee through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the “KL University” payable at Vijayawada respectively. The candidates can also make an online application by paying Rs900 through Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card respectively as per their conveniences.
