Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2014 Download Procedure
The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) is the state level common entrance exam conducted for the admission of candidates in the colleges of Karnataka. The admission test is conducted for admission in the following courses of the Colleges: MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, and M.Arch. respectively. The candidates should apply online from the KEA Website for filling the forms of the concerned entrance test.

Important Points to keep in mind for filling online application forms:
i) The applicants must be having a scanned copy of their recent photographs and signatures
ii) The applicants should also have a copy of all the educational documents and other required documents
iii) The candidates who have already qualified the GATE Exam will not be required to appear in the concerned entrance exam for admissions to the engineering courses
Steps to Download the PGCET Application Forms:
1. The candidates can apply online from the KEA Website on the dates as and when announced for this purpose
2. Register through the system generated online Challan of Rs. 600 (Rs. 300 for SC/ST) payable in the NEFT of any Indian Bank Malleswaram Branch of Bangalore
3. Fill the online application form in the manner as prescribed and enter the details of the application fee
4. The candidates should mail the details of the payment to the Administrative Officer, KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority)
5 Make all the editing in information (if required) before the last date as prescribed for this purpose.

Application Fee for Other Courses:
MCA, MBA, M.Tech, ME, MBA 2 years: Rs. 1200 (Rs.600 for SC/ST)
M.Tech, M.Arch, MBA, MCA: Rs. 1800 (Rs. 900 for SC/ST)
Dates for Applying:
Opening Date: First Week of July
Closing Date: Last Week of July
Eligibility for PGCET:
The candidates applying to the full time courses in ME/ M.Tech/ MBA/ M.Arch Courses should be having a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) in the qualifying exam.
The candidates applying to the part time courses also require an additional work experience of three years for getting admissions in the concerned courses.
