Educational qualification/ experience –

For Manager – Contenders must qualified MA in Hindi or English with 2^nd division and both Hindi.

Contenders must have ‘Five’ year experience at executive level and in the field of Computer Application.

Also Contenders should pass out the graduation in English as main or subsidiary subject.

For Assistant Manager – Contenders must qualify the graduation and 60% marks in PG diploma with the experience in the same field.

Salary/ pay scale –

For Manager – Rs. 20600 – 46500

For Assistant Manager – Rs. 16400 – 40500

Age limit – To apply for the profile of Manager Contender age must be 40 years and for the post of Assistant manager 45 years as on 30 September 2015.

Mode of selection – Selection will be made on the basis of interview performance of the candidate.

Minimum Education Required: –

i) General Manager (Marketing): –

ii) General Manager (Material Management): –

Pay Scale Structure: –
