The latest reports from the Indian government show that the ISEET Exam 2013 is set to replace some of the most popular entrance examinations by 2013. This is a consolidated exam that is expected to change the process of enrolling students in the prestigious IITs, NITs, and many other hallowed institutes. The ministry of HDR has come up with a radical proposal that requests for a solitary and national level entry exam- ISEET. This exam will replace the popular engineering entry tests including AIEE and IIT-JEE. Also notable is the fact that the ISEET tests will be carried out by the popular CBSE.

Officials from the IIT’s joint admission panel met on February 18th, this year to deliberate and make final decisions on the proposed changes. The officials also discussed the need to upgrade the process of conducting different science and engineering tests in India. Various IIT heads also took part in the summit to discuss all entrance tests including the proposed ISEET Exam 2013. Fortunately, the entrance exam has been accepted by the IIT council. This approval comes as part of many reforms that had been proposed by professor Dhande and other scholars. These reforms give the Indian government the mandate to conduct a single entrance test for admission to engineering institutes.
ISEET Exam 2013 will be conducted in a special pattern that every student must be acquainted with before they register for the test. It is also imperative for the students who wish to enroll in any of the prestigious engineering institutes to understand all the requirements for ISEET Exam. There are +2 marks given for a specific weight age. All exam papers for this test will be prepared by the IITs and then given to the CBSE to conduct the test.
