Physical Eligibility Details

• Running :

1. Male – 1.6 km in 06:30 Minutes
2. Female – 1.6 km in 08 Minutes

• Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak) :

1. Male – 20 Times
2. Female : 15 Times

• Pushup :

1. Male : 12 Times

• Bent Knee Sit-ups :

1. Female : 10 Times

• Chest :

1. Minimum Expansion of 5 cms

Mode Of Selection 

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of following stages :

1. Stage I -Shortlisting or 
2. Stage II – ‘PFT, Music Screening Test and Recruitment Medical Examination
