Scheme of Entrance:
The admissions of applicants will be decided on the base of their performance in the Written Entrance Exam and a Viva voce conducted by the IIT. Candidates, who fail to attend this Entrance test, will not be qualified for admission in their respective programmes. Eligible aspirants will be selected on the basis of their attainment in this Entrance exam and thereon will be invited for the further Interview round.

Application Methodology:
Aspirants accomplishing all the criterions can apply via online mode from the links available on- iitk.ac.in. Initially, they must fill the online application form by registering themselves with a valid mail id and password. Enter all the details on this form very cautiously. Now upload a scanned copy of your recent passport size photo and signature and submit the page. Take a print out of the completed form and keep it carefully. After this, they are requested to pay the charged application fee through a DD amounting to the prescribed applicable fee as per official admission advertisement. Finally, after the successful payment, send the copy of application form to the recommended address before the announced last dates along with copies of other crucial credentials.
