Educational Qualification for IIT BHU Non Faculty Recruitment 2023 – 

Registrar (Group A) – Candidates who have Master Degree in Any Stream with 55% Marks and 15 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Assistant Registrar (Group A) – Candidates who have Master Degree in Any Stream with 55% Marks, (50% Marks For SC / ST) will be eligible for this recruitment.

Junior Assistant (Group C) – Candidates who have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with Minimum 55% Marks will be eligible for this recruitment.

Superintending Engineer (Group A) – Candidates who have BE / B.Tech Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering with 18 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Executive Engineer Civil (Group A) – Candidates who have BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (First Division) with 8 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Assistant Executive Engineer Electrical (Group A) – Candidates who have BE / B.Tech Degree in Related Trade with 3 Year Experience OR Engineering Diploma in Related Trade with 8 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Assistant Executive Engineer Civil (Group A) – Candidates who have BE / B.Tech Degree in Related Trade with 3 Year Experience OR Engineering Diploma in Related Trade with 8 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Junior Engineer Civil (Group B) – Candidates who have BE / B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering with 55% Marks and 1 Year Experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineering 55% Marks with 5 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Junior Technician I (Group C) – Candidates who have Engineering Degree / Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering/ Biochemical Engineering/ Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology/ Pharmacy with 55% Marks & for Diploma Candidate Required 1 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Junior Technician II (Group C) – Candidates who have Engineering Degree / Diploma in Materials Science and Technology /Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering / Ceramic Engineering with 55% Marks & for Diploma Candidate Required 1 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Junior Technician III (Group C) – Candidates who have Engineering Degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering with 55% Marks & for Diploma Candidate Required 1 Year Experience will be eligible for this recruitment.

Junior Technician IV (Group C) – Candidates who have Engineering Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Mining Engineering or equivalent with 55% Marks.
