ICET Exam Pattern 2014 for Admissions in Kakatiya University
The Kakatiya University offers admission in different courses through a common entrance exam which is popularly called as the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) 2014. The test is organized every year in the month of May last or June First to provide admissions in the Master of Business Administration and Master of Computer Application courses of the university as made available in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

There will be an objective type question paper having multiple choice questions on the following main sections:

Section B: Mathematical Ability and
Section C: Communication Ability

Section A: Analytical Ability
DS (Data Sufficiency): 20 Questions
Problem Solving: 55 Questions
Section B: Mathematical Ability
Arithmetic Ability: 35 Questions
Algebraically and Geometrical Ability: 30 Questions
Statistical Ability: 10 Questions
Section C: Communication Ability
Vocabulary: 10 Questions
Business and Computer Terminology: 10 Questions
Functional Grammar: 15 Questions
Reading Comprehension: 15 Questions
Total Number of Questions: 200
Duration of Exam: two and a half hours
Total Marks Allotted: 200

Eligibility for ICET 2014:
For MBA Courses: The candidates should be having a bachelor’s degree of a minimum three years duration with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST candidates)
For MCA Courses: The candidates should be having a bachelors degree of a minimum three years duration with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST candidates) along with Mathematics as the compulsory paper to be studied in the qualifying degree exam for this purpose.
