HP CPMT Admission- 2014

 The Himachal Pradesh State Government will shortly welcome applications from keen aspirants seeking admissions in the MBBS and MDS programme for various medical and dental colleges situated in Himachal Pradesh through a Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test (HP CPMT). This admission notice and application form will be available on its authorized web portal i.e. hpuniv.nic.in abruptly. Terms of Eligibility:

Candidates looking forward for admissions to the MDS or MBBS programmes must have passed Intermediate or Senior Secondary Examination with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English scoring at least 50% aggregate marks under a documented board of education.

Scheme of Admission:

The Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test (HP CPMT) is an entrance test conducted for admittance of keen aspirants to Undergraduate medical and dental programmes- MBBS and BDS in various medical and dental colleges and institutes of Himachal Pradesh University. The Himachal Pradesh Govt. has decided that no other Himachal Pradesh Board Pre-Medical Test will be conducted for admissions to these Bachelor medical programmes. Rather HP CPMT 2014 admissions will be made through AIPMT 2014 scores only which will be held on 4^th May, 2014.

 Instruction for Applying:

Candidates, who fit in the aforesaid eligibility criteria, are supposed to apply online through the web portal- aipmt.nic.in. Aspirants will have to make a payment of Rs.1000/- (Rs.550/- for PH, ST & SC candidates) before proceeding for the application process. This payment can be made through both online and offline modes viz. Net Banking, Debit/ Credit Card or Canara/ Syndicate Bank Challan. After successful payment of this intimation charge, applicants may carry on with the online application. Enter all the required information on the system generated application form, upload a soft copy of your latest passport size photograph, signature and finally submit this page. Now get a hard copy of this confirmation page and send it to the prescribed address through Speed/ Registered post within the announced last dates.
