The Gautam Buddha Technical University (GBTU) and MTU (Mahamaya Technical University) were established from 1^st May 2010 as a bifurcation of Uttar Pradesh Technical University. The university offers admission in a number of courses available under different disciplines including: Arts, Commerce, Science, Management and Computer Applications respectively. The university admissions are done on the basis of the common entrance exam also called as UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) as conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Technical University every year in the July/ August months.

The main courses available for admissions in GBTU include the following: Under Graduate Courses in Engineering, Architecture, Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Fashion and Apparel Design and Pharmacy respectively. The post graduate courses available for admissions include MCA (Master of Computer Applications), MBA (Master of Business Administration) and MBA (Rural Management) respectively.

Online Admit Card Downloading Procedure for GBTU Examinations 2014:

A] The GBTU Entrance Exam admit cards can be downloaded online at the website uptu.ac.in/ upsee.nic.in.

B] The website home page shall be having the entrance exam admit card available under the “Admissions” page.

C] Follow the active links for downloading the same by clicking on the website admit card downloading windows.

D] Enter the registration details which includes your registration number and date of birth to access your admit cards online.

E] Save and download as well as print the admit cards generated online for concerned entrance examinations.

The candidates may also receive their admit cards offline by post for UP State Entrance Exam if the university has asked for the postal addresses in the application forms. The other university exams admit card can be simply obtained by visiting the concerned university departments conducting examinations.
