FMS Exam 2014 Admission Details and Entrance Exam
The Faculty of Management Studies New Delhi conducts its entrance exam for inviting admissions to its Management and Other related programmes. The candidates are required to be qualified in the Management Entrance Exam, commonly called as the Common Admission Test (CAT) for getting admissions in the institute course programme. The institute announces its admissions usually in the months of December last or January first week through an admission notification at the official website of the Institute at fms.edu.

FMS Admission & Entrance Exam:
The Faculty of Management Studies has recently announced the admissions to its two year full time Master of Business Administration, MBA Executive and MBA Executive (Health care Administration) and PhD Programmes. The admissions are open online at the website of the institute for all the candidates. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their scores in the Common Admission Test 2013as conducted by the IIMs during the October/ November months for all the eligible candidates.
The candidates who are considered eligible as per the scores in the entrance exam as well as academic marks requirements will be called for the next level of admissions i.e. Personal Interview/ Personality Test held at the Institute for all the short listed candidates.
Exam Centres for FMS Entrance Exams:
For MBA (FT) & PhD: Ahmadabad, Amritsar, Baroda, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jammu, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Jaipur, Guwahati, Pune, Roorkee, Varanasi and Vishakhapatnam respectively
For MBA (PT) and MBA (PT) HCA: Delhi only.

Steps to Apply for the FMS Admissions 2014:
The candidates will be informed about the admission forms through all the leading regional newspapers and website of FMS at fms.edu. The candidates will have to pay Rs1000 (Rs200 for SC/ST candidates) as the application fees payable through any branches of the State Bank of India.
Short listing Criteria:
The applicants should have at least 50 percentile in their CAT 2013 exam for being selected in the concerned course programmes. The candidates short listed on the basis of the entrance exam will be called for the Group Discussions and Personal Interviews for the final selection of the candidates.

Points to be kept in Mind:
The candidates applying for more than one course programme should pay the application fees for both the course applications separately. The candidates must ensure that all the details in the application form have been duly filled in. The candidates must read the online instructions for form filling before making an online application.
The candidate applying to the FMS Doctoral Programme should also qualify in the Common Admission Test 2013 for getting admissions in the concerned programme.
