Faculty of Agricultural Engineering Cut off Marks 2014 for different courses announced

The Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Faculty of Agricultural Engineering has recently declared the cut off marks and merit list for those candidates who appeared and qualified in the entrance exams conducted for this purpose on the dates specified. The candidates will be provided admissions in the four year regular course of Bachelor of Technology (Agricultural Engineering) of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering.

The minimum eligibility for taking admissions in the concerned course program of the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya is a minimum of 50% marks obtained in Class 12th following subjects: English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology respectively.

Merit List & Cut off for Faculty of Agricultural Engineering Course: 

The applicants can view their detailed merit lists for the admissions to the first year of the B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) course by the official website. The merit list contains the names as well as cut off marks for admissions to the concerned entrance exam. The applicants qualifying and finding their names in the merit list shall be required to attend counseling for taking final admissions to the concerned course. The counseling is scheduled to be conducted by the university from 7th July 2014 to 11th July 2014 respectively.

 Cut off Marks for Admissions:

For WBSEVE Board Applicants-

General Candidates: 71.20

SC Candidates: 64.80

ST Candidates: 65.80

For WBCHSE Applicants-

General Candidates: 50.00

SC Candidates: 45.00

ST Candidates: 41.00

For Other Board Applicants-

General Candidates: 50.75

SC Candidates: 53.50

ST Candidates: 58.75

The applicants finding their names in the merit list shall attend the counseling on the dates specified along with the following documents for admissions:

-High School Mark Sheet for age proof

-Medical Certificates (for PWD Candidates)

-Caste Certificates (if applicable)

-Sports Proficiency Certificates (if applicable)

-Domicile Certificates

-Voter ID (For Identity Proof)

-Certificate of Principal/ Head Master stating subject wise total marks obtained in the Higher Secondary Examination

-Two Copies of recent passport size photograph

-Rs 4500 in cash for Admission Fee
