Training Period & Probation Period- As decided by EESL.

Educational Qualification & Post Qualification Work Experience Criteria-:

Dy. Manager (Technical)/Asst Manger (Technical) Engineer (Technical)/Officer(Contracts)-Candidates having Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E. B.Tech) from recognized university with relevant field Post Qualification work experience in Energy Sector/equivalent level will be eligible for these posts. Candidates with MBA Degree in Marketing/Finance trades will be preferred too for these posts.

AE (Technical) – Candidates having Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E. B.Tech) OR Diploma in Engineering/Technology from recognized university with relevant field Post Qualification work experience in Energy Sector/equivalent level will be eligible for these posts.

Technician-Candidates having ITI Certification form recognized institute with 04 Years post qualification work experience in relevant field will be eligible for these posts.

Dy. Manager (Finance)/Officer (Finance)-Candidates who are CA OR ICWA/Having MBA Degree in Finance/PGDM in Finance with minimum 04/01 year post qualification work experience in relevant field will be eligible for this post.

Asst Officer (Finance)-Candidates having M.Com Degree from recognized institute will be eligible for this post.

Asst (finance)-Candidates having B.Com Degree from recognized university with minimum 04 years post qualification work experience will be eligible for this post.

Dy. Manager (Social)-Candidates having Masters Degree in Social Science with relevant work experience will be eligible for this post.

Asst Manager (IB)/Officer (IB)-Candidates having Bachelor Degree with PG Diploma in Marketing/IB with relevant work experience will be eligible for these posts.

Asst Manager (CS)/Officer (CS)-Candidates who are the Associate Member of Company Secretaries of India (ACS with minimum 01/02 year work experience will be eligible for these posts.

Officer (HR)/Asst Officer (HR)-Candidates having PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/relevant OT Masters Degree in HR. Management /equivalent with relevant work experience will be eligible for these posts.

Asst (Gen)-Candidates having Bachelor Degree in any stream with relevant work experience will be eligible for this post.

DEO-Candidates who have passed 12th (Intermediate) level of Examination with working knowledge of MS Office and having 01 year work experience will be eligible for this post.

AM (PR)/Officer (PR) – Candidates having Bachelor Degree in any stream and having PG Diploma in Mass media /equivalent with relevant work experience will be eligible for this post.
