Central Hindi Directorate Application Form 2014-15

The Central Hindi Directorate has recently invited applicants for admittance to its various Correspondence programmes for its upcoming academic session 2014-15. The official notice for admission to these courses has already been issued on its authorized gateway- hindinideshalaya.nic.in . Thus, all eager candidates are advised to send their applications in the prescribed format within the announced due date of 31st July, 2014.

Programmes Offered:

-Certificate Course in Hindi (Preliminary Course/Middle Level)

-Diploma Course in Hindi (Subsequent to Certificate Course/Secondary Level in English/ Tamil/ Malayalam/ Bangla Media)

-Advance Diploma Course in Hindi (Sr. Secondary Level) in Hindi Medium Only.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Advance Diploma Course – Indian candidates who have sufficient knowledge of Hindi and Foreigners residing in India or abroad whose mother tongue is not Hindi with a minimum age of 17 years as on 1st July, 2014 are eligible to apply.

For Diploma Courses – Candidates (both Indian and Foreigners) who possess basic knowledge of Hindi and have attained the minimum age of 10 years as on 1st July, 2014 are eligible to apply.

For Certificate Courses – Beginners who do not have any or very little knowledge of Hindi. Indians or foreigners whose mother tongue is not Hindi and who have attained the minimum age of 10 years as on 1st July, 2014 are eligible to apply.

Application Procedure:

Candidates, accomplishing the recommended criteria of eligibility as per official admission notice may download the prescribed Application form through links available on its official web portal- hindinideshalaya.nic.in . Fill all the mandatory details carefully in English only in your own handwriting and affix it with other necessary transcripts supporting of your details specified in the application form as well as the relevant application fee of Rs.50/- for Certificate and Diploma Courses, whereas, Rs.200/- for Advance Diploma Courses through IPO or Bank Draft issued in favor of “Director, Central Hindi Directorate”. Enclose all these together and forward it to this address through Registered or Speed post within the last date of 31st July, 2014:-

Admission Process:

Admission to all applicants will be granted on “First-cum-First” basis.  Therefore, all aspirants must make sure that they send their completed application as soon as possible in the recommended format. Applications received after the prescribed closing date will not be entertained in any circumstances and no communication will be entertained in this regard.
