Anna University Chennai Admissions 2014 Courses Offered and Applying Procedure
Anna University Chennai has recently released the admission notification for all the eligible candidates to offer admissions under different courses of the university including courses from Group Code A to G as given below. The courses will be made available at the following campuses and departments of the university: University Departments of College of Engineering Guindy and Madras Institute of Technology Campuses, Anna University, Chennai respectively. Anna University Chennai Admissions 2014:
The candidates can avail admissions in M.Sc (Master of Sciences) courses of two year duration in different disciplines through a common written exam as conducted by the university in the month of June on the specified dates for all the applicants. The candidates should possess the desired eligibility in order to apply for a particular course of the university.

Eligibility for Admissions:
The candidates who wish to take admissions must have passed graduation of three years duration in the concerned discipline from any recognized university/ colleges in India.
Apart from this, the candidates should have studied continuously for five years in the state of Tamil Nadu. If the candidate is a permanent native of the state but have studied outside Tamil Nadu must produce a Nativity Certificate to prove their eligibility.

Selection & Admission Procedure:
The applicants should appear and qualify in the entrance exam as conducted by the Anna University on 22nd June 2014. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their merit and cut off marks obtained in the concerned entrance exam. The entrance exam for all the applicants shall be held in Chennai only. The candidates qualifying in the concerned entrance exam shall be called for the Counseling on the dates as specified by the Anna University through its official website at annauniv.edu.
