About Anna University

Anna University was founded in year 1978. The university offers various courses in engineering and technology through its affiliated colleges and follows a dual semester system. Every year the university conducts examinations for even semester in May–June and for odd semester in November–December.

Contenders those who wanted to take admission in their willing Post Graduate course must have passed their Graduation degree in concerned stream from a reputed University or Institution.

Application Fee

Rs.650/- is the application cost that every applying candidates have to submit against the course they are applying for taking admission in Anna University.

Payment will be done via demand draft drawn in favor of the “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University, Chennai-600025” payable at Chennai

Mode of Selection

Candidates those who wanted to get admission in Anna University have to undergo through the process of entrance examination.

Applicants those who wanted to take admission for M.Sc (CS) course are free from giving entrance examination.
