AMIE Exam Results 2014 details for online download at ieindia.org

The AMIE (Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers) is the qualifying exam conducted by the IEI (Institution of Engineers in India) for all the eligible candidates for getting eligibility to participate in all the competitive exams including Indian Civil Services, Graduate Admission Test for Engineering (GATE), Indian Engineering Services (IES) as well as for availing employment in engineering jobs both public and private sectors of India. The applicants qualifying the concerned exam shall be able to get qualification equivalent to the B.E/ B.Tech recognized from the Ministry of HRD (Human Resource Development) Government of India.

The minimum eligibility for participating in the AMIE Exam is Intermediate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) group of subjects with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and separately in all the specified subjects. The AMIE Exam is held twice a year in the form of Summer Exam (June/ July) and Winter Exam (September/ October) respectively. The AMIE Exam is a three hours paper divided into two sections –A & B; where each section contains 4 papers to be solved by the applicants.

Results Online Viewing Procedure for AMIE Examinations 2014:

1) The candidates who have participated in any of the AMIE Examinations can view the results online from the website ieindia.org.

2) Find your results from the Institution of Engineers website under the Academics section.

3) Choose the exam result option for AMIE Exam from “Section A & B Examination”.

4) On opening the concerned exam result page, applicants shall find another window for downloading results.

5) The applicants can view their results online by submitting the Membership Numbers at the appropriate places in the downloading window.

6) Click on the “Go” tab available at the same page to finally see your results online.

7) Lastly save and take print outs for the results to be used for your future references.
