AIPVT 2015 Cut Off Marks Admission Notification & Details
The All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT) is conducted for the admission of the candidates applying for the five year course in Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from the Veterinary Council of India. The candidates in order to apply for the concerned course should be Intermediate in Science from any recognized Boards of India.
The Veterinary Council of India New Delhi invites every year the candidates for admission to its under graduate courses through the AIPVT Exam. The candidates are shortlisted in the concerned course programs through the Merit and Cut Off as decided by the VCI for this purpose.

AIPVT (All India Pre Veterinary Test):
The All India Pre Veterinary Test is conducted every year in the month of May/ June for all the eligible candidates who wish to take admissions in the Bachelor of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences, a five year integrated course.
Criteria of Exam:
The All India Pre Veterinary Test is conducted in sets of four papers A, B, C, D for different sections. The candidates are required to qualify in all the sections with the said percentage for clearing the cut-off marks in the question paper.

Eligibility for AIPVT:
The candidates should be Intermediate/ Class 12th/ Senior Secondary passed in Science Group from any recognized central or state Boards of India for being eligible to the concerned course.
Application Procedure for AIPVT:
The application forms for the AIPVT can be done by obtaining it from the office of the Registrar of Veterinary Council of India on a payment of Rs. 1200 (Rs.600 of SC/ST) from any branches of the Vijaya Bank.

About Veterinary Council of India:
The Indian Veterinary Council of India has been established by the passing of the Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984 by the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India on 2nd August 1989 for this purpose. The Council was established with basic aim of regulating the veterinary practices in India.
The Act of the Veterinary Council covers all the states and union territories of India except the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
