Paper Pattern for NMAT 2014:
There will be an objective type paper having multiple choice based questions on the following main sections:
Language Skills: 32 Questions
Quantitative Skills: 48 Questions
LR (Logical Reasoning): 40 Questions
The candidates should qualify in all the three sections of the entrance exam for getting shortlisted in the concerned exam.
Total Number of Questions: 120
Total Marks Allotted: 120 Minutes/ 2 Hours
Section Wise Time Allotted:
Language Skills: 22 Minutes
Quantitative Skills: 60 Minutes
Logical Reasoning: 38 Minutes

Eligibility for NMAT:
The candidates in order to appear in the Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test must be at least graduation passed in any stream with at least 50% marks obtained in the qualifying degree exam from any UGC recognized university/ college in India.
Qualifying Criteria:
The eligible applicants should score equally in all the sections of the exam. Since, there is no negative marking in the exam hence, the candidates can attempt as number of questions as they like to score well in the concerned exam.
The level of questions asked in the NMAT Exam is comparatively lesser than the other management entrance exams including the following: CAT (Common Admission Test), XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) and IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) respectively.
