IBSAT Admission

The IBS welcomes applicants for admissions in MBA/ PGPM Programme for the forthcoming academic year 2014. The Institute offers admission to its applicants through IBSAT (IBS Admission Test)/ CAT/ GMAT scores. Thus, all aspirants are advised to go through the below given particulars and proceed for the application process as soon as the next official admission notice is available on its official web portal- ibsindia.org. However, the Business School also offers a variety of other programmes apart from this.

Eligibility Details:

Candidates must be in possession of their Bachelor’s Degree (under 10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline scoring at least 50% aggregate marks with English being the medium of instruction. Those who do not accomplish the aforesaid criteria of English medium at UG level need to submit the TOEFL / NELT / IELTS score by May 31, 2014. However, appearing students may also apply, only they fulfill all their graduation requirements within 31^st May, 2014 and submit proof of graduation by 1^st November, 2014.

Application Process:

Aspirants who fulfill the above stated eligibility criteria are supposed to apply online for admissions via its official web portal- ibsindia.org. However applicants may also purchase the prescribed application formats from any of the IBS marketing offices on cash payment of the application fee. If applying online, students must fill the e-application form carefully, pay the application fee through Credit/Debit Card and submit it within the last dates. On submission of this form, a confirmation email will be received from IBS, whereas the hard copy of the IBS Admissions Bulletin will be received within one week from the date of submission. Those applying via offline mode are supposed forward the duly filled and signed application form to this address within the announced last dates of receiving applications by post:-

Admission Process:

The IBS will be holding an entrance test, namely- IBSAT (IBS Admission Test) at its different centers across India for shortlisting of the candidates for admission to the MBA/ PGPM Programme. The final selection shall be made on the grounds of Past Academic Record and performance of the candidates in the entrance exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Those who do not qualify or appear in any one of these entrance tests would not be entitled for admission.
