The Law School Admission Council (LSAC) lately invited aspirants seeking to appear in the Law School Admission Test commonly known as LSAT to be held on 18th May, 2014. This information for registration is also available on its authorized portal- pearsonvueindia.com . Interested students are recommended to read the following particulars available below and apply within the announced last dates. This Entrance exam is conducted for selection of candidates seeking admission in 2 year L.L.M, 3 year L.L.B or 5 year L.L.B Programme at various recognized universities and colleges across India.

Dates to Remember:

12th November, 2013: Opening date for registering online/ offline.

28th April, 2014: Closing date for DD payments.

30th April, 2014: Closing date for online payments.

8th to 17th May, 2014: Issue of Admit Cards.

18th May, 2014: Scheduled date for LSAT.

14th June, 2014: Declaration of Results.

Application Process:

Candidates willing  to appear in the Law School Admission Test or LSAT- 2014 primarily need to fulfill the criteria of eligibility as specified by LSAC. Eligible aspirants may apply via both offline and online mode. They are supposed to fill in the online registration form from links available on pearsonvueindia.com or forward a DD, Bank Challan or Pay order worth Registration Fee of Rs.3800/- charged by the LSAC favoring NCS Pearson India Pvt. Ltd., payable at Noida or New Delhi either by post or courier. Applicants must make sure that the DD reaches the recommended address within or on the last date of 28th April, 2014. However, applicants paying through online mode can apply till 30th April, 2014.

Minimum Qualifications:

Aspirants looking for 5 year integrated LLB programmes and 3 year LLB programmes should have cleared Higher Secondary in any stream, whereas, applicants looking for LLM Programme must be in possession of their Graduation degree. However, each involved Law school has special criteria of eligibility for their admission. Aspirants must visit the official web portal of the participating law school for detailed information.
