IUST (Islamic University of Science & Technology), Awantipora – Kashmir was established on 7^th of Nov, 2005 through passed by J&K State Legislature Act No. 18 of 2005 notified by the State Government of J&K on 11^th of November, 2005. Whereas, the IUST started its operations in the month of November, in the year 2005 and the teaching has been started in July 2006.  How to Register:

The University offers students to apply online. Eligible applicants must log on to the web address of University. Before applying online, candidates must be in the possession of their scanned photograph (recent, colored, passport size of 130 X 160 pixels (not more than 50KB) then proceed further. Fill Personal and Academic cautiously details as asked. At the time of online application form submission, select the preferred programme(s) of your choice and the photograph. Kindly, before submission of your application form, make sure that the details entered by you are correctly filled then click on Submit. Once you click on submit, an acknowledgement message will be displayed on the screen specifying your “Name, Applicant No. & Form No.”. Note the displayed matters for further assistance. Click on Print Application Form and download the system generated application form, take printout. Make the payment of registration fee. Send the soft copy of application form along with payment slip and requisite testimonials (attested copies) at the concerned department of IUST, Awantipora. Candidates are advised to collect the proper receipt of hard copy application form at the time of form submission.
