Eligibility Criteria – The candidate should be an advocate and should have enrolled in UP Bar Council after July, 2010.  If an advocate had enrolled before July, 2010 will not be required to submit the form.

How to Apply – In order to submit the form, candidates may visit the official website of UP Bar Council or Bar Council of India. In the respective website the candidates will get the direct link for downloading the Declaration Form. The declaration form should be submitted to the office of the State Bar Council on or before 30-10-2016. The candidates can also register themselves online through the official website of UP Bar Council.
