Educational Qualification –

First Division Assistant – The candidates applying for the vacancy must hold a degree from a recognized university.

Second Division Assistant – The candidates must have passed IInd PUC/ 2 years ITI /10+2 (CBSE/ICSE)/3 years Diploma Examination from a recognized institute.

Mode of Selection – The selection will be conducted on the basis of Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Personality Test.

So, the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) was established in the year 1951.
