The KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Agricultural, Medical Entrance Examination) is the state level under graduate entrance test conducted every year by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerala Government for all the eligible applicants. The exam is held every year in the months of April/ May at different government colleges and government sponsored self-financing colleges in the state of Kerala. Eligibility for Exam:
The applicants should have obtained at least 50% marks in Mathematics and aggregate in Physics as well as Chemistry in the qualifying degree exam i.e. Class 12th from any recognized central/ state Boards of India. The candidates who possess a Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks in the concerned entrance exam can also apply provided they are above 17 years with effect from December 2014.
Paper Pattern:
There shall be two papers in the entrance exam for all the engineering stream candidates on the following two subjects:
Paper I: Physics & Chemistry
Paper II: Mathematics
Total Number of Questions: 120
Total Marks Allotted: 480
Duration of Exam: 150 Minutes
Qualifying Criteria:
The candidates should obtain the cut off marks and the desired merit in the concerned entrance exam for qualifying in the concerned exam. The final selections shall be done based on the marks obtained in the Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects in the Class 12th under the ratio- 50:50 respectively.

Applying Process:
The online applications are invited at the official website of KEAM 2014 at cee-kerala.org in the manner as specified for this purpose. The candidates will have to pay the following amount as the application fee:
For General Category: Rs800
For SC/ST Category: Rs400
The candidates can pay the fee either through the Demand Drafts or from the designated Post Offices by using the Security Cards collected online and the unique key number as required to fill the application forms.
